Welcome! I’m thrilled to be working with you. Before we get started, you have some homework to complete: my proven Brand Development Framework!
- Select the category below that matches the project we are working on.
- Send your homework to me within a week. (If you need more time, just let me know. I want to keep your project timeline on track, but rushing and stress do not have to be part of this project.) <3
1. Intake form
Fill out my Design Request form. This helps me better understand your business, your goals, and your design needs.
2. Mood board
Create a digital mood board containing at least 10 pins that reflect your ideal aesthetic for your logo. Be sure to include things like:
- Color swatches & palettes
- Fonts
- Photos, illustrations, imagery
- Optional: visual elements from other companies (websites, logos, etc.) that you like
When the board is ready, follow the instructions in the video below to make your board public and copy the viewing link. Then send me that link at hello@montavilladesign.com!

- Website Content Development worksheet: Google Doc fillable version / PDF printable version
When you’re done, upload your worksheets to your own Google Drive. Then, follow the instructions in the video below, and send me a link at hello@montavilladesign.com so that I can view your docs.
3. Mood board

Follow the video below to create a new folder on your Google Drive called "Website Assets."
Then, complete/gather the following materials and save them in that Google Drive folder:
- Your company logo, if you have one. (Please upload all versions and file types.)
- Brand & Audience Clarity worksheet: Google Doc fillable version / PDF printable version
- Website Content Development worksheet: Google Doc fillable version / PDF printable version
- The photos you wish to use on your website. Please follow my instructions for photos (PDF).
When you're done, send me a link to your Google Drive folder at hello@montavilladesign.com so that I can view the files.
